About the event
Your teen will have the chance to hear from Lara Field, Dietician and Owner/Founder of FEED Nutrition Counseling. Lara will spend half of the time talking nutrition and will stay to chat and answer any questions from your teen. The second half will consist of your teen learning about the health benefits of Bright Bowls and learning to decorate and top them based on their respective nutrition needs.Â
