Tunes with Tim
Critically acclaimed Chicago-based children's musician, Tunes With Tim, uses his wide repertoire of original music & classic songs - from nursery rhymes to Beatles tunes - to inspire families to sing, play & dance together while teaching the basics of music.
We are thrilled to Welcome Tim to the Bright Studio this January, so he can help BRIGHTen the lives of our community's children (and adults ) through the power of music! Grab your playgroup or come alone and meet others in a fun environment!

This class is perfect for those that want to tone without the dance cardio. Set to energizing music, and work your entire body with various exercises to elongate and sculpt.

Math Mates is a multi-sensory enrichment program developed by an experienced elementary math teacher and a math interventionist using common core standards in order to bring the excitement of math to preschool-aged children.

Sound Bath and Meditation
Join holistic coach and sound healer, Stephanie Weber, for a very special 1-hour sound bath at Bright Bowls in Highland Park!

A sound bath is a healing technique that utilizes sound at different frequencies to help bring you into a state of relaxation, calm, and realignment.
Working with the vibrations of crystal alchemy bowls, these sound healing instruments resonate with your life force energy centers, helping to move energy and clear any blockages. This class will support you in healing and aligning your chakras to bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Come unwind and reset with us! All levels are welcome.
